Since breast augmentation surgery is expensive and can be very painful, women are turning to less expensive alternatives. 1. The Push up bra2. Pads3. silicone cutlets4. water inserts5. air inserts6. Expensive boutique bras of all different shapes and sizes. You name it and it's out there and why not, 85% of women are dissatisfied with the size and shape of their breasts. The push up bra has become the item of choice for many women who are on a budget but still want to get a fuller bust line. There is nothing wrong with push up bras but they have there problems. The push up bra is great for women who have some breasts to work with already. It's just a matter of getting fitted with the proper bra size and off you go but what about small breasted women what about women who want to increase what they have What about women who want to create their own look for different occasionsThese are the type of questions that the push up bras can't answer. Small breasted women are at the mercy of pushing up what they have and that might not be the desired look that they want. Sure, they can add silicone cutlets, to add size but in truth, all they do is weigh the breast down and who wants to have saggy breasts. That's why many women get the push up bras to begin with. There are always more alternatives. You can always add pads, water, air, and every other little contraption that hits the market to enhance your cleavage and breast size. The question then becomes, how do you know what works best for you How do wade through all the stuff that's on the market and pick a winner How do you even insert them the right way to really reap the rewards. Believe it or not there are a lot of do's and dont's with these pads and inserts. I ought to know because as a pageant contestant and a consultant, I tried many of these products and really didn't like the results. I wanted something that I could have control over and make different looks for different occasions, and it couldn't be expensive (boutique push ups and silicone implants can be expensive). It had to be something that I could do in an everyday bra and it had to be simple and fast to pull off. After about two years of perfecting my own bra system, I finally got it right. Only when I had a contestant come up to me and ask me " who did my breast implant surgery" did I realize that I was really onto something special. Now I get to share my little secret with you. Here it is in a nutshell. . . 1. Get a proper bra sizing2. Use any bra you so desire. You don't need a push up bra for this. 3. I use what is called a layering technique. This allows me to be any size I so desire. heel cups This works great in a bikini, casual, and evening wear as well. 4. Make adjustments as needed. It's just four simple steps really. Of course, it's hard to describe this bra system in the written word and really seeing is believing. That's why I have it all down on a DVD for you to watch anytime you want in the comfort of your own home.
